How Can I make my tables/layers Rounded??

I'm using dreamweaver 8 and I have a simple enough question, just need to make my tables or layers rounded instead of the basic sharp box look.

Basically how do I get this effect so that the corners are rounded like this:

you need to use either images or images with css. Try google.

I suppose I can just make layers for each corner and apply the corner images to each one within a greater layer for the rest of the box. Lemme see what I can do.
