    Think this might be the wrong forum. First off you will have to get web hosting, you can get low cost web hosting from bounceweb.com I recommend them.

    yes get a domain and hosting and if you want to create a site visit site softwares such as joomla, drupa, mambo or yet gg opensource cms if you are on a limited budget

    If DreamHost still have the offer up, you can get hosting & a domain name (.com) for $10 for the first year. Great for a newbie starting up, hope that helps :)
