    i think yoy cannot make it offical untill google allow you to do that

    if your blog is good, old and content rich it may become offical but google doesnot allow it easily

    what do you mean. Do you want to make it an official blog for any of the services that Google provides or are you talking about making it official for the product or service that you are selling? If you are thinking of making it official blog for any of the services provided by Google, as far as I know, you can't because Google already have official blogs for most of their services and they only allow in-house specialists to update the blog.

    Am I understanding you want www.yourblog.com rather then yourname.blogger.com? If that is the case then you can purchase a domain through blogger and set it up through the blogger interface. If not then I misunderstood.
