    You need a website first, provide good content, and market your business the right way. If you're new and it looks like you are I wouldn't use PPC just yet, stick with the free methods.

    You can not make money with adwords. In case of google, you make money with adsense.
    Also why are so spamming like hell? Rather than this spend some time here and learn new things.
