how can i make Data base for my web site???

    how can i make database for my website..acutally i have xml file some type of result...and i want to make it data base for my web site ...that some body just enter the Roll number and its display the result....so plz help me ...i m waiting dear.....

    i dont know about data base if u have xml to sql converter then plz tell me how can i upload it in my website...

    yah bro actully i have result of school student in xml file so i want to put it into my website ...that student can just search the rol number and the get there result so how can i ....plz help me dear
