How can i make any manu to be sticky on blogger?

    Hey guys, i wondering how can i make sticky menu on blogger, because more then 30 bloggers have sticky menu also there are 5-10 templates with a good sticky menu. but how if anyone know please explain to me i want to know, i want my own sticky menu i do not want to copy something which is not mine.
    I know some method with widget ID but problem is my menu is not running in widget because is inside HTML code.

    Do you mean that the menu scrolls with the screen when you scroll down?

    In that case you most likely have to use position:fixed; in your CSS rule for that DIV.

    yes for this, sticky scrolls position. But for blogger.com not wordpress.
