    How can i make all external links on my blog go to a site with my own frame on top? Such as i want everyone who leaves my blog to have a frame on the top with a banner advertisement. such as this: http://u-k15pjcn1.urlcash.net/

    Create a page and put all the external links on it, link the page to topframe.
