How can I make AddThis share button working?

In this page I have a .flv video, an image for that video, a jwPlayer, a video title, a video description, a site url and a AddThis share button.

I need to make AddThis share button working. So my visitors can share this video to their social networking profile.

It will looks something like this when visitor will try to share on Facebook:

I updated the code. Now its almost working for Facebook sharing. but the video not playing.

Amazingly....no one knows this!!
It was common sharing button and you will see it on many sites.
