    you can open your paypal account at www.paypal.com and to get your paypal verifiered you need to enter your credit card details however debit card numbers won't work.

    You can use a normal bank account to verify so you don't necessarily need a credit card. :)

    it depends which country you are from. You cannot open an account from paypal unauthorized country.
    and if you wanna use paypal properly,you should get verified with your debit/credit card number.Paypal make a small transaction from that to ensure...
