If you know a lot of people who owns websites, try signing up for an affiliate program for hosting, I know bluehost gives out $65 (correct me if I am wrong) per signup, then try to force those people you know into switching to bluehost, you can also do powweb, or ixwebhosting or any other hosting companies you know of that gives out affiliate cash. they also assist quite good in transferring accounts. just my idea.
What about selling domain names on either: DigitalPoint, SitePoint, or eBay (if you sold just 1 or 2, you could make $50 in net profit).
Website flipping is fast easy money buy a website that you think you can sell for more money - even if you have to make some small improvements.
