You could also tareget your niche in relevant articles, blogs and other social sites, make sure you use your keywords and link them together to form a rim, (your social,forums,blogs etc) add a another link that points to your money site. It depends what rank is your site in Google for your keywords? If it is in the top 5 then you should most likely just keep going for it but start a new site with same model, if not top 5 yet keep building more backlinks so you can get higher and THEN start a new site.
