I have been trying to figure out if it is possible to load a Payoneer Mastercard with Paypal. I will appreciate an informed answer here and if yes,what are the procedures involved. I also will like to know if there are anyother method aside Card to Card transfer that can be used.
Yes, it's possible but not easy. Because simple reason that each of payoneer card always attach with a virtual us bank account. However, Payoneer doesn't release it for all members. You can contact them to get it.
