You want to add a CMS backend to your site. Check out www.drupal.org, www.joomla.org or www.xoops.org - my 3 favorites. These content management systems have themes, or templates, that you can engineer to look just like your existing site, and they have various modules you can install & use to handle ratings systems, reviews, and that kind of thing. You will still want to use Dreamweaver to modify themes or modules as necessary.

As long as your host supports PHP & MySQL, these should help you achieve your goal. You can also look for standalone ratings/review scripts at www.hotscripts.com.

    HTH!

I think it would be best to use a content management system such as wordpress. This would make it so much easier for you because you don't need to search for code to implement the review feature that you want. With a content management system, this is already done for you, you just need to install the feature and that's it!

What pod said, you will need a CMS, or some type of comment script.

Well...what exactly do you plan to do with that site?
Wordpress itself it's great and besides that, there are tons of extensions (plugins) for it. You can do pretty much anything with Wordpress: a content site, reviews site, e-shop, tube site, promote affiliates, automate it and have it run on its own with posts from RSS feeds, make it a portfolio, an image gallery, a podcaster... did I miss anything? :D
