I don't think that you have to do any changes with your blog. But you have to get more backlinks from other resources. The backlinks have to be DOFOLLOW.
Blogpost is do follow always and a link in your sitewide that are coded and not automated links. Automated links is nofollow.
Just check on your source code. If you found rel=nofollow, then it is nofollow, else it is dofollow Other than that, you can also install the Firefox addon - searchstatus to check on dofollow and nofollow

the comment section is nofollow ===> it designed to prevent spam comments the other section is dofollow ===> you have to be aware to not linking to untrusted website, cause you can get penalized by google
It's not like what's best for seo, but rather what's best for certain types of links. Rel="nofollow" means you don't give credit to the link. It's actually nothing you you should worry about, it's just the blogger default settings.
