You can be update with dp rss feeds. But there you will get all threads and I think subscribing most important treads is the best solution.
Every thread on which you post a reply, You are automatically subscribed to it and you will receive a notification of reply once it receive any update !
depend on you,... what thread do you like most and the subscribe on it by get notification instant by email. hope helpfull
