I would say that since $50 really isint that much, try finding 3-4 sites that have a small amount of traffic (100-150) people a day, and pay rthem $10-15 dollars for a banner ad on their homepage. Also you can check out Adengage. They have clicks starting out at .01 on many many affiliate sites, I use them often to, and most of the time it only costs me $10-$15, you just have to find the right site, and create a good ad!
Get a domain name that would be less than $10, get a small hosting that would be about $10-20, spend the rest for a little logo and stuff like that, design a web site, put in some adsense and start promoting.

Get a decent domain name that you can see having real value to someone. Browse websites like this one. Look for someone who might be interested in your domain and then sell it to them for a profit. I have done this a few times, works nicely. I turned my $30 in $75 with ease and almost no time. PM for more info.

I'd say it kind of depends. What are your needs? Do you have a website that generates income? If so, put it towards that in an area that may need a little more help (link building, advertising, etc.).
As nice as that would be, there is no ROI on that A good way would be to: Get a domain (We are having a MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR domain promo on the 6th!) Get some hosting Create a niche site with around 10+ articles, and maybe add one a week? Make sure it's unique. Could outsource the article writing, what ever is easier.
