I have downloaded my fav. theme from here.
What should i do now? Where I need to upload?

I used free lisence

 

With the free version, you will overwrite the existing one. So make a backup, then upload all the files into the template folder.

I would delete the old first, then upload the new template.

 

Vengatowen if your still finding someone to install it I would do it so if you want to pm me you could.
And if you want to install yourself follow the guide and install it make a database and install it using the procedure.
