Download the plugin to your computer.

    Extract the plugin.

Upload the plugin to the /wp-content/plugins directory

Then in admin on wordpress go to plugins and install it.

Go to ur blog dir. > WP-content > Plugins > upload ur files here.

Then go to wordpress dashboard > settings > plugins > activate ur desired plugins.

if u want to make any changes then u can find each tab under settings.

You can upload plugin only if you own domain hosting, if you use free blog host which is Wordpress.com, then you can't upload that thing.

Is the blog on your own hosting or on free blogs?
