How can I install foreign languages w/o the Windows CD?

    Sorry if this isn't the best place to ask, but at least it is for webmastering purposes...

    I want to install support for the Japanese language on my Win2k system, but I don't have the Win2k disc. :confused:

    buy windows xp, you will not need the cd anymore

    I can't even begin to explain how slow that would make my system...
    Besides, I'd rather save up and buy a new system p;

    Btw, I thought it was implied, but I can't afford a new system, I am a poor slum dweller.
