    Bing is not as fast and as good at Google yet. However, have you tried Bing Webmaster Tools? With that you can submit sites and posts.

    this is right, it is the first step, submit your site and sitemap to bing webmaster tools http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmasters/

    then you can set to bing faster indexing you site. in bing webmaster tools >> Crawl >> Crawl settings >> Set it to highest speed

    be carefull your server can get high load too if there too many bing spiders in your website

    yep,as others said use the bing webmaster tool for "quick" indexing.I think bing slowly becomes a real alternative of G
