Well, for starters you have to fill it up yourself.

If there's nothing in it, no one will join it. You need to add a lot of polls yourself, and whatever else it offers. If you have no content, no one will join it.

 

Get your friends and family to sign up and have them send it to thier friends and thier friends send to them and so on. It takes time.
Check the BST section for good deals. Maybe buy a myspace post or a banner somewhere.

How about Forum Marketing? I'm testing it right now(google analytics on the backend).

 

pay a bunch of people to signup and do a couple things. check out my sig.

 

The pay out for the ads versus the low number of people who go to the boards will have you losing your shirt.

Maybe you can find boards that have REALLY low rates.
