    Try to share good content related to your niche or website and keep manually adding visitors, it's a gradual process. Good content will automatycally get you more visitors, if you will try shortcut method or offer this task to some one by paying few bucks they will not get related visitors, I am not sure which technique does those people use who increase your visitors if you pay them, but go on legitimate ways that will give you more result.

    You should go for manual following process I know it's a time consuming but at the end you'll have some really good amount of active followers. And be active and post quality tweets. You can always unfollow people who aren't following you back using Manage Flitter. it's really amazing. :)
