From SEO you can get target traffic, but for the conversion rate your product also want to fine enough.
This answer comes in two parts; 1. If you are using affiliate links to specific products i.e click bank etc then in order to boost earnings I would create text links in the body of your content linking to those products. Try to avoid banner or grapical advertising as it puts visitors off and they are less likely to click on it. If you must use banner advertising then limit it to 1 banner per page, so that your site doesn't look spammy. 2. If you are using Google adsense or another form of contextual advertising then I have written a step by step guide to maximising your revenue, you can view this here
Well, targeting your traffic will be your first step, after that if the site is still not converting you will have to check again the site itself, design and so on. Ask for help, about marketing tools, marketing tips, visual design, subliminal marketing, there are plenty of tricks that will help you to rise your conversion ratio. My affiliates got incredible results with this. Good Luck
Obviously, from SEO strategy, webmasters can get as much as targeted traffic. However, if you want to increase the traiifc conversion rate, high-quality content is necessity for your site indeed. As we all know, attractive content is the best important factor that helps you gain more royal visitors.
A lot of this depends on your web page structure and content. There was a rule in school when I did design that you should always have a 1-2-3 marketing plan. Meaning, on the home page have a slash about a product service, link it to the payment/product page, then have an easy to use check out system. You can use SEO all day long and be on page one all day long, butif your site does not hold credibility and have ease for a customer to make a purchase you will never convert.
