Title says it all I have an appealing simple site and well known payment method and there seems to be no errors on my site (w3c verified) yet I still have only gotten 1 sale, what am I doing wrong and how can I increase my exposure and sales? We rank second page 3rd rank sometimes 1st rank and out main goal is to get on first page. Also off topic but how can I get Google to index my sitemap? How do I turn visitors into paying customers? I have so many visitors yet NO SALES..it's driving me insane I do not know what I am doing wrong. Thanks for the help, here's the site for review: www.gatsbywax.com
Like I said on your other thread... What is your product? I don't know gatsby wax is. Maybe something someone I know would want as a gift but who knows what it is.
I'm not too knowledgeable about hair products aside from the ones I use, but what is Gatsby Wax? Is it your own product? Is it a famous brand? Is it sold in shops? I went to your site and it was offering a no named (in my opinion) brand which is more than double the price I pay currently.
Gatsby Wax is my company the product Gatsby is a product owned and manufactured by Mandom it is a foreign Japanese hair wax that has all the features of a typical gel including strong hold but has a few extra features. - Re-texturizable - Non shine - Non flaky - Non harden Creates an all natural look, by re-texturizable I mean you can have your hair spiked in the day but then you have a meeting you can re-texturize it with the "moving rubber" to have it slicked back or whatever you have in mind. This brand is known world wide but is not sold or been properly introduced to the rest of the market meaning (Australia, Canada and USA).
thats actually a great idea! If you had a short fun fast paced video right on that page of a stylist working someones hair with your product talking about all of its awesome pliability and whatever else you are aiming to get across as value, that would hold your site traffic longer and possibly create more sales. Go to serioussitetraffic.com....yes its my recent site, but dont even bother reading anything or making a purchase, just read a couple of the articles on the side about traffic generation, SEO, etc. You have a good site, you just need to get the right traffic from the right places...TRACK that traffic, and learn your conversion rates...analyze, improve, repeat. Goodluck! Maybe ill buy some, my pomade is running low
Yes put a video something like a tv ad or testimonials of those who already used the product. Create some more ad on you social network accounts, you may also create a fanpage of he product. Reviews about the product can also help.
May be you are targeting wrong keywords so you are losing potential customers. To get traffic, article marketing and social media marketing would be useful to you.
