How can I increase CTR on this site?

    It's a wallpaper site so I know CTR will be low, but right now it's idling right around .07% CTR. I'm getting about 1k uniques a day and trying to get a little bit better CTR.

    My suggestions:
    - use <h1> tag with high pay RELEVANT keywords.
    - use wp plugins to exit automatically from frame.
    - add keyword rich (not spammy) description, 1-2 sentences enough.
    - use keyword rich filename (bmw-x5.jpg).
