    If you are just concern with Bing, than first of all i suggest you to submit your sitemap in Bing Webmaster Tools (same like GWT), good on page optimization is must and than start with the SEO promotion - building potential links from different sources like articles, social bookmarking, forum posting, social media optimization, etc.
