Take a look for awhile and see if your subscription rates go up. If not then perhaps it's a matter of the content.
That's the best place to put a subscription button .. you'll just need to make your site sticky and add value so people will subscribe..

Looks not bad. I would improve the following: use the sans serif font for the text, spacing after and before the post not in the posts, remove short lines after dates in the post titles.
Honestly, I'm not sure what this web site is all about, at first glance. It's not clear, to me, what I would be subscribing to. What is the general category of the feeds you have here? As you scroll down, the fonts are too large. Does "WS" stand for something?
i thinks it's important to have fresh & good content, and also some good graphics. and on that you should improve a little. try to put some color in there, and maybe the number of readers will increase.
