How can I improve my keyword in google

I am doing forum post and getting some do follow link for my keywor but my keyword is going down.plz give me suggestion how can i improve this

 

You probably need to do more than just forum posting, consider building links through methods such as article marketing,social media, press releases and more, diversify your link-building methods rather than rely on forum posts alone.

 

try article marketing, start with one article per week on ezine, goarticles and articlebase, then week 2 do 2 articles, etc until you have around 10 articles and see where your site is then.

If it's a highly competitive keyword forums posts simply won't do the job. You will need in-content backlinks from established websites related to your niche.
Getting such a high quality backlinks is not easy especially if your site is brand new but you can still find some reasonably priced links here on the DP marketplace.

 

you can use several methods for improving your keywords and it takes a while for them to become that way, its not all about back links to be honest with you since some of these sites could have bad rankings and crappy sites you dont want to get caught up. I have noticed social networking sites (facebook, myspace, twitter) and a few others also help your keywords and traffic. Me having a music site the competition is pretty severe since there is tons of music sites however i got a nitch music site since i promote Independent & Unsigned bands that tends to help a bit since my site does not have like your timberlake or paulwall or usher. However with the members on the site it also helps since they also promote there pages and profiles on my site.

Also depends on your keywords and if they are strategic or broad (general) where the improvement will come from. My chicago site is all organic traffic since the keywords are strategic to chicago talent however for my other site its more broad so the rankings on keywords are a bit far behind since there is so many other sites who promote new music but i still got the wildcard since i promote independent bands and musicians and djs.

 

Instead of doing only forum posting, diversify your link building and go for articles, blogs, social bookmarking. Also in blogs try to change the keywords every 5 post which will prevent over promotion and help to bring up the keyword ranking in Google

 

Do off page, on page & also post some genuine articles on your sites as well

 

Content and backlinks .. that's the most important factors in SEO.. of course if you're doing it right

 

Check how many competitor you have, what site rank well on that keyword in google, and than see the backlinks that this site have, duplicate the backlinks, and to beat this sites you have get more than what this site have.
