How can I improve CTR and Traffic on this blog?

    Can anybody advice me on how to improve CTR on this blog?

    Also I currently get 170 - 200 impressions daily but will like to raise that to 1000 - 2000 can anybody please give me strong advice for driving traffic.

    Digg is out of the question as I was flagged because my readers submitted my posts on Digg and they thought it was spam. Kind of like what happened to DP too.

    Any strong suggestions. Currently I get 99% of my traffic from Google.

    Fix your placement...

    Add a banner at top of page and move your post units to beginning of posts.

    try placing ads inside the blog posts.Did you try modifying the color of ad?it helps a lot.
