Sign up for Google Webmaster Tools. It's not guaranteed that they'll cache all your pages but you can submit an XML sitemap to make them aware of the pages and encourage the spiders to pop along to your site more frequently.

You need to submit the sitemap files frequently.
Also, keep up on getting quality backlinks from various sources.

you cant force google to cache your website more often that it does by adding a sitemap.
Increase links to your website, improve your PR, make often changes so that your website doesnt remain static and google will start visiting it more often.

Social bookmarks, pinging, or RSS feeds work well for this purpose.

EXACTLY... Sitemaps do NOT make Google crawl your site more often than they already do. Sitemaps do NOT make Google index more pages than they already do (UNLESS you have crawlability issues with your site that would prevent Google from discovering certain pages).

There are two ways basically to get Google to crawl you more frequently:

    1) Build more inbound FOLLOWed links from external sites (which will also increase your PR). Google will not only crawl your site when they visit for your regular "scheduled" deep crawls. The will also visit your site when crawling other sites that link to you during THEIR scheduled crawls because they have to verify the links from those sites are still good. While they are on your site checking a link from another site, they will typically crawl a few pages so you end up with lots of intermediate partial crawls of your site.

    2) Add new pages to your site frequently. Google will try to balance their crawl frequency with your content generation rate. If every time Googlebot visits, it finds several new pages that were not their previously, they will change your "scheduled" crawls to more and more frequently

Try to update ur site with News, create blog and update regularly. Regular site update improves Google bot crawl rate.

Include the above sections at home page as well. By doing this, your home page crawl rate increases.

create xml sitemap for your site if you don't have. You can perform bookmarking of your pages for fast crawling. For timely crawling of your site pages you can start a blog section/article section or news section with your site.
