How can i hold and move a picture in Word 2007 ?

    How can i hold and move a picture to whereever i want in Word 2007 ?

    This is the one thing i could never do in any versions of Word.

    Please help

    Right click, format picture, tight..this allows you to freely drag/ move the picture around..
