How can i hide a banner from a specific country visitors?

Hello,
I want to put a banner in my website, But i donot wish to show it to a specific country.
Is there any coding that may help me out?

Take a look at that. Lets you import the Maxmind free country cvs into a mysql database. It has sample code at the bottom to query a country based on IP. You can then find out where the user's from by looking up the IP address.

Try downloading and installing OpenAds at http://www.openads.org/
It is an ad management script and you can add an IP database there in order to do geotargeting.
If you need help, there are freelance programmers that can help you with installing and running the script.
