Well i have paid for 500 gig BDW + 30 gig reseller Host now would like to resell the host but dont like to share the main NS settings of the main webhost company what to do now ? my domain registrars are nameheap and goddady (in the case this is important)
If private nameservers are an option for the package of hosting you purchased, you simply use the ip number provided to you and create a custom NS entry at the registrars. ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com The last time I looked GD had made it a bit more complicated but it was still there. Never done it at namecheap.
Name cheap allows you to register your name servers yourself. You need to have an IP address provided by godaddy (static ip). Then you just go to name cheap and register two name servers assigned to that one ip address. If you have more than one ip address provided by go daddy you can obviously assign each name server to one ip address. Name cheap has a good support setup maybe jump on there and ask them for some guidance if this is not clear.
Another thing you want to look at is adding A records as well. Your host can take care of this for you. It's not always required, but it would make things a lot easier for you, and it would also make you look more white label
