How can I grab a domain name in RedemptionPeriod?

I saw a fine domain name which is currently in RedemptionPeriod. What are the right steps to take, in order to secure it before someone else does?

 

You cant get the domain till its deleted.. its better you use a backorder service so they register it as soon as its dropped

Do you know the best back order service providers and how much they charge to secure a domain name?

 

I Havent personally used a backorder service but heard from friends that http://www.godaddy.com provides it and it could work out well

Godaddy is not the best backordering service from my experience. If you think the domain name is valuable and you don't want to take a chance, backorder it with different drop catching providers: snapnames, namejet, pool etc.. they have much better success rate.
Now if the domain is originally registered with godaddy it could go to Godaddy auction place.
