    Your site has no focus. It's also the default VB theme. Overall it's just a bad forum imho. You can get more members by improving your site quality giving visitors a better experience.

    Since your forum is targeted to only pakistani people, you should target them. Just do SEO with geo-targeted to pakistan.

    I agree with ibanezgrx1 SEO is the best option here. Try to get on top for particular keywords. Also introduce some special events.

    You forum has a good enough content.

    But some SEO is still required.
    Links like the one... where you go to forum display, try removing the parameters from link and do some URL rewriting.
    Being a webmaster it must be easy for you. :)

    Also create some content that has long tail keywords.
    Also forums are not an overnight hit. You'll have to have patience.

    2) Have unique content that is targeted to your audience
