how can I get top pr sites first when I search on google?

    When I search on google by placing any keyword google shows result randomly. May be first results google pr 5, then second may be 2. Or thired is 7, forth is 6 ....and this type of result.
    Is there any way that I can get the high pr site from front 7, 6,5 and...as down as less..
    Is there any software or addons that may help me on this situation?

    Different regions, get key ranking is not the same. May your outer chain is not stable, so would lead to your key ranking is not normal. This is normal.
