how can i get this video to show up?

    Use vlc player to play the video after downloading. Use keepvid to download the video and then if its flv or mp4 or 3gp dont worry there is vlc player to handle everything.

    which is great but the dark background of flowplayer and the white background of the video just doesn't look good. any ideas on how i can fix that part?
