How can I get this page ranked - what am I doing wrong?

    Here's the page in question: https://www.unlocktheinbox.com/resources/blacklist-check/

    I'm trying to get it ranked for "Blacklist Check", "Blacklist Monitoring", "Email Blacklists", etc.

    I have other pages that rank really good, but I just can't get google to place this one anywhere in the top 20, I'm more like top 200.

    Firstly you should think why your site be ranked well? Just keep doing the quality content and links, forget the rank things and you will see your site ranked some while..

    My site is ranked well - It's popular. Just not all pages for the keywords I'm looking for.
