    That is a plugin from SEOBooks.. you can download it from here and it works with FireFox only. You have to just add that plugin to your FireFox installation.. Next time when you search using FF at Google or Yahoo you may find that results provided that the SEO button which would appear on the right hand site bottom corner should be on. :)
