How can i get pr7 for my website?

I have crated sevarl websites and no one gets a pr more than 4 why is it like that i even dint tuched pr5 i just want to know the secret or how can i get get pr5 - pr6 or even pr7 anyone who can help me ?

plus 1000+ backlinks

Pretty much comes down to budget and how much you are willing to put towards seo
You want links, links and more links. Of course quality of links is important too, no point in using link farms and spamming.

 

If you get any site with Pr9 your going up and if you can get some pr 8 links it will help site alot

 

if you want a pr 7 web site, you will need backlinks from pr 7+ web sites
