The best way I think is to interlink all your network websites with each other which will help in flow of PR and apart from that use seo techniques as well as social media optimization regularly.

    Best Of Luck !!

There is no shortcut to build the PR of 100 sites! Start by building backlinks for the most important ones. If you have a large work-force then you can take the work of all websites in one go

First of all there is no shortcut, second thing Interlinking may be harmful. So try building unique links to your site.

Do not try shortcuts. Try submitting to some afforable paid directories to begin to see pr1 or pr2 for some sites...

I would start by identifying the 5 to 10 most important domains and focus your efforts on those first. Use the normal channels of PR, social media, and directories.

Depending on the quality of info on those sites you can look for sites to carry your info or work out some sort of exchange.

Once you start to see the focused domains improving in PR, then use the low value link resources to begin increasing the other 90/95 sites.

User the tiered approach so you begin to see traffic and revenues sooner than later.

Promoting 100 websites at once may be pretty had. I would rather suggest - as AutoMarket mentioned - to start by promoting only few websites.

Articles on the main sites. Then maybe link exchange like Link Explosion.
Also here's a hint. Do some keyword research. It can help a lot to put your effort into the right ones! (sites and keywords)
