How Can I Get PayPal ?

    When I was 18 I made some mistakes which have hurt my credit. I went overdrawn in the bank by about 300 or 500 bucks. So I owe Capital one bank.

    If I try to open a bank account they will look and see if I owe another bank. So I can't open a bank account! Well I could if I wanted to fork out the money to pay my old bank off (can't).

    Someone told me I could get paypal by using my credit card instead of a bank. Is this true? I need Paypal in the worst way so I can do more business on here.
    help would be appreciated.

    Actually I noticed that you are in the US, you will need the bank account to verify your account and then a credit card to raise the limits.

    I just called paypal and the lady said I could request a check from my paypal account when I'm ready. You're saying I need a bank account no matter what?

    I think I get it.

    I should be able to send and recieve money without being verified. but I'll have limits.

    From what i know you can get verified by ordering paypal withdrawing card too if you're in US.
