How can I get my site ranked higher in google?

Okay well my site has been up for awhile and I have the All In One Seo for WordPress and for some reason when I search my site on google I'm like in 5th place and when I search Naruto For Free than I don't even see my website I only see it for narutoforfree

Can someone give me like tips on getting my page ranked better.

Ive just noticed you have like over 50 or something stupid keyword for meta, although it may not matter that much you may aswell have them short and sweet. Instead of working on about 100 different nautro episodes. Just work really hard on anchor'd backlinks for "nautro episode" then if someone puts that in, then adds there episode number you will still rank well. blah.
