Google Webmaster Tools should be your first step. Validate your site and add a sitemap. Also signup for google analytics.

you can pay people to perform services like this for you.. Although it would definitely be cheap if you did it yourself.

Take advantage of your RSS feed and submit it to pingomatic or pingoat. Build quality backlinks and eventually the spiders will come and index your site. Add your blog to blog directories.
You are getting into a really competitive market, if you plan to base your advertising on SEO you might want to start learning about search engine optimization. It is going to take a lot of work and time. Try to find less competitive keywords and start from there.

Submit your site to Reddit, Digg, technorati and stumbleupon, and it will be crawled in a few hours.

To get you indexed in Google:

Have you tried to submit your link in the (SBM)social bookmarking sites? SBM submission is the fastest way to get indexed in the Google search engine.

Well first of all you dont have worry, your blog is quite new. And noticable thing is that you dont have too many posts. If you want to be indexed in Google you need to write post often with good value content. Google robots are smart and they react based on how often you post. More you write post, more they will come to index your blog. My blog is getting indexed within 48 hours or less. Here is what you can do:
    1) Go to google & search for do follow blogs, now go this blogs and start commenting.
    2) Bookmark your post at bookmarking sites: Use Digg.com, Stumble Upon, BookmarkSync, del.icio.us, Diigo, Furl, Jumptags and Mixx.
    3) Some of do follow directories are
    dofollowblogs.com
    blogsthatfollow.com
    followlist.com
    4) Pinging notifies several services/sites and inform them when you have published new blog posts.
    5) Submit to article directories
    ezinearticles.com (PR 6)
    goarticles.com (PR 6)
    buzzle.com (PR 6)
    articledashboard.com (PR 5)
    articlecity.com (PR 5)
    a1articles.com (PR 5)
    ideamarketers.com (PR 5)
    free-articles-zone.com (PR 4)
    webarticles.com (PR 3)
    content-articles.com (PR 3)

Most important aspect is to get backlinks from sites which allows do follow tag. Even if you will keep on building 1000 backlinks from sites who has no follow tag, you will not have benefit as regard to backlinks number pointing to your blog. And more importantly its your content. When you stop posting on your blogs, search engines robots stop visiting. So post atleast 3 or four times in a week and see the result how Google will crawl and indexes pages of your blog. Good luck.:)

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Mission has been accomplished.

What I have learnt from this is just post your link on DP and you would get indexed.

Another way, I found was to link to an authority site. I linked to wikipedia on another of my blog and it was indexed. I didn't link initially to wikipedia on this blog. I just linked to wikipedia now, but it is of no use, since the blog is already indexed.
