Google tracks how frequently your website is updated and adjusts it's spidering and indexing of your website. For example if your website is updated every 15 mins, and Google spiders have detected that over a period of time, the frequency of their spiders crawling your site to index stuff will be increased many-fold. Getting in-bound links does help in the indexing, but may not be as instant as you'd like.
You can index your pages within a day or 2 but dont make sure that all your pages will be indexed. 1. Get down your RSS Feed link 2. Go to pingoat and pingomatic and ping your feed URL 3. Submit your feed to RSS aggregators i personally use RSS Submit application to submit to some huge aggregators. 4. Bookmark your feeds to atleast Digg, Delicious, StumleUpon and Jumptags. More your bookmarks more it is assured. and if i were you i would backlink my feedURL with some good PR sites by commenting on blogs and forums.
Can't see anything lse you can do, if you have been posting your link on DP forums and other sites using anchor text, then you just have to leave it to google to index

Just link to it from a frequently crawled site or submit to social bookmarking sites. You'll get indexed in no time, but getting indexed and getting good ranks aren't the same thing.
