I'm in talks with the person, and will change this as needed.

    Thanks.

First of all, he did not take it, you gave it to him. He had three previous bad iTraders (first clue). If anyone has any negative, it is never a good idea to give them that kind of money.

Paypal policy is very clear on no protection for digital products. There is really no way to get your money back. You could sue in small claims but you have to be in the same area as him.

Basically, you bought yourself a life lesson for $350. Be careful to check out someone before dealing with them.

Sorry for your lost but you have no real recourse unless he pays you back. The only thing you can do is leave iTrader and threaten him with legal action.

I m so sorry to hear about what happened to you.
It's people like this (mohsin_al1) that mess up other people's business online.
Can you please give more information on the transaction the thread link so we can learn from it.
    Have a great day

It was at bare minimum, a flag to check this guy out. It took me three seconds to find three threads about him being a scammer. If I did deeper research, I am sure I could find more. I really feel bad about your money but like I said, it is a life lesson. Next time do some research. There are three threads started prior to you dealing with him stating he was a scammer. One of them was way back in May.

There are tons of people scammed on here, you need to do your homework before sending that much money to anyone. You sent him $350. It does not matter if it was 10% of what he was asking, you still need to dop research before dealing with anyone.

Sad to hear these kind of stories. Before giving any money away, check them first using Scam Search just to make sure your money is in good hands.
