    Hello,

I have been dealing with one my clients for sometime. Suddenly he gave a huge requirement and I completed it and delivered it to him.

He said he has some payment issues and will send the money soon. However, I find that in 3 days time all the articles are published in his blog and other sources.

The client is ignoring my emails. What can I do? is there any way of making him pay? he owes me 200$

There is no way to make them pay short of taking them to court - which would cost thousands of dollars unless you both live close in the US where small claims court would be an option. For $200, it's best just to learn a lesson and move on.

We both live in India. I tried to contact the blog where the articles got published. The blog owner told that he had hired someone to do the job for him and showed me screenshot of the payment he had sent someone for this work.

There probably are ways, I believe India has something called small causes court for these types of disputes. However I doubt it will be worth the $200 to go after him (I don't know how much everything cost to do there). Just keep bugging him and never deal with him again.
