How can I get my blog posts in the SERPs?

My new site is on page 1, done by building backlinks, however I added a blog and installed xml sitemap, this is supposed to ping google everytime you post and g crawls your site adding the new content.

However this does not seem to be happening, when I check on Google and search blogs for keyword. I have even put link in bios for articles (ezine) in particular.

How do I get the blog to show in the SERPs? Any ideas...:cool:

Without a URL, I can't help you much.

What blog software are you using? Did you add any SEO functions to it?

You need to get an seo plug in that allows for Meta stuff. You give your new post its own unique meta data and then socially bookmark it. But if the entire article is shown on your blog home page...then the SERP results will show the home page.
