    There are many way to get traffic. Here i define effective way to get more traffic. 1) Regularly update the contents of your site. 2) Get links with other sites in your niche. 3) Include your URL in your signature. 4) Use any chance to promote your site for free. 5) Get links with other sites in your niche. 6) Take advantage of social bookmarking sites. 7) Use social networking sites.

    Many people think that having a good website is all you need to get tons of visitors. Wrong answer. Getting traffic to your site takes hard work and diligence and is not accomplished overnight. Think about it this way - how are people supposed to know where to find your site if you don't tell them? You must advertise. Submit your site to as many search engines as you can.

    posting a website in social networking sites is very easy. just copy and paste the url of your website in the walls/status boxes. If you have a budget for online advertising then go with some ppc ad campaigns. If you don't have a budget then you can try some free methods like linkreferral, forum posting, social media optimization etc.

    Yep you pretty much have the list here, however i just want to add that you don't need to do everything, just be perfect at one.
    You may have to make an educated decision on what type would bring the best traffic or just test them. Not all traffic is equal :)
