    Contact realestate agents and businesses to list for them for free. Once they start seeing value they may start doing it themselves.

    Dealing with CL daily can be a grind at times. However look at the potential market that is there for you. What makes it even better is it does not cost you anything to reach so many potential owners.

    I have tried adwords but it really is not cost effective at this time. I may be going with Adbrite as it seems a little more cost effective as far as PPC. But right now I am trying to focus on a few ways of getting constant traffic without having to put out much money.

    I am really interested in seeing if you think making an affiliate program would work with the website.

    props on the person who mentioned craigslist. I have been contacting buyers and agents via that and it has worked out great so far with many new listings daily.
